Position Overview

The Technology Solutions Technician for Sitech is responsible for installing new equipment, providing customer training on proper usage, and delivering timely support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues. This position can be located anywhere from York to Lexington.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: 

•    Install GPS units, displays, and related technology on construction equipment
•    Train customers on proper use of hardware and software
•    Respond to service calls and resolve hardware/software issues, including reconfigurations as requested
•    Manage and coordinate installation and training schedules; engage additional resources as needed and submit billing documentation to the Office Manager
•    Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and pass leads to the sales team
•    Perform other duties as assigned by management
