What You Will Do

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*: 

As a Generator Field Technician, you will work directly with customers to keep their equipment performing at its best:
 
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial engines and heavy equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete quality repairs efficiently and safely
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, both verbally and through detailed service reports
  • Follow standard parts ordering and troubleshooting procedures
  • Escalate complex technical problems to Technical Communicators when needed
  • Meet productivity and service standards while maintaining a high level of quality
