Position Overview
The Service Operations Manager will play a key role in developing and standardizing new service operations to promote a consistent culture and drive profitable service practices. This position involves providing exceptional support to customers both in person and over the phone by accurately identifying their needs and facilitating efficient parts and service transactions.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
• Manage regional warranty operations to ensure timely claim submission, accurate documentation, and strong recovery performance while maintaining expense controls.
• Oversee Customer Service Agreements (CSA), including quoting, contract setup, proactive PM scheduling, and monitoring completion to drive uptime and efficiency.
• Administer Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) contracts and billing processes to ensure accurate revenue capture and full contract compliance.
• Maintain third-party billing portal activity by ensuring timely collections, accurate reporting, and prompt issue resolution.
• Drive operational practices that align with manufacturer expectations, ensuring performance KPIs are consistently achieved across supported brands.
• Manage national account service and parts support, ensuring dealer and branch performance requirements and response expectations are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with branch level leadership to improve service delivery, reduce downtime, and strengthen operational consistency across the RION Equipment territory.
