Position Details
The Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a key role in delivering accurate and efficient accounts payable and administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
• Processes daily accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sorting, scanning, and coding invoices into appropriate systems.
• Reviews all invoices to ensure proper documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Distributes invoices to store locations for coding and payment processing.
• Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payments, remittance details, and outstanding invoices.
• Investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies and related issues.
• Performs vendor maintenance, including updates to vendor records and profiles.
• Maintains monthly rent schedules and ensures timely rent payments.
• Prepares documentation and supports the annual year-end audit process.
